Musashino Bekkan

Musashino Bekkan stands above Miyanoshita in a bamboo grove, with tatami extending through the corridors so guests move around in yukata and tabi. Rooms range up to a 120-square-metre suite with shoin details, a living room and a hinoki open-air bath.

The inn owns its source, supplying natural water to every public and room bath. The Four Seasons bath circuit, open-air pools and private baths remain available through the night, giving the stay a deeply bath-led rhythm.

Dinner is traditional kaiseki served in the room, drawing on Sagami Bay seafood and produce from Hakone and Izu. Musashino Bekkan suits travellers who want privacy, architectural Japanese detail and an unhurried evening contained within the inn.
