Ise-Shima Onsen Kakenagashi no Yado Neboya Shima Bettei

Neboya Shima Bettei is a nine-room inn in Shima with an unusually private bathing arrangement. Seven rooms have an open-air bath, and five additional baths can be used privately; two outdoor baths are identified as free-flowing. The small scale lets bathing feel like part of the room-to-dinner rhythm rather than a separate facility visit.

The kitchen is equally central. Fresh Ise-Shima seafood, premium meats, and seasonal vegetables are shaped into two meal styles, Yawaragu and Atsuraeru. The cooking is a major strength, balancing the richness of seafood and meat with the produce of the season.
