Kurokawa Onsen Yusai Annex

Yusai Annex occupies a traditional Japanese inn near the entrance to Kurokawa Onsen. Its appeal is partly practical and partly atmospheric: the accommodation is simpler than the larger Yusai property, while the town’s bathing culture remains close at hand.

The annex has its own spring baths, and staying guests can also use the communal baths at nearby Yukyo no Hibiki Yusai. That sister-property access is an important part of the proposition and gives a stay here more bathing variety than the annex’s modest size might suggest.

Meal-inclusive plans use the larger Yusai property for dinner and breakfast; other plans leave more freedom to arrange meals separately. The exact inclusions should be checked at booking. Choose the annex for a traditional room and a convenient base for bathing, with the understanding that parts of the experience may take place at the sister inn.
