Ujo no Yado Shintsuta

Shintsuta takes its name and atmosphere from the poet Ujo Noguchi, who was closely associated with Iwaki Yumoto. The inn’s quieter spaces use Japanese garden views and sukiya details to create a composed setting, while selected special rooms add their own open-air bath for greater privacy.

The main garden bath is the centre of the property. Free-flowing Iwaki Yumoto water fills indoor and outdoor pools surrounded by planting, with a private bath and sauna expanding the options beyond the shared circuit.
